No matter where you are on your faith journey, we are here to walk with you.
We know visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Here are some answers to questions about what you can expect:
- What is it like?
- Our worship service lasts about 60-75 minutes and typically includes more traditional and well-known hymns. Our sermons are based on exegetical teaching- a method of interpreting and delivering the Bible that focuses on the original meaning of the passage.
- Where do I park?
- Parking is located on the north and west side of our building.
- What about my kids?
- Jesus says in Matthew 19:14, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven." We are family-friendly. We welcome (and encourage!) your children to stay with you in the sanctuary during worship. If you find your child needs a break, however, we do have a nursery available.
- What do I wear?
- From jeans to bow ties, tattoos to suits, you will see a variety of styles. You don't have to dress any certain way; wear what makes you comfortable.
- What if I don't know anything about Jesus or the Bible?
- No matter where you are on your journey, we are here to help you take the first step towards Jesus.
- What if I have a sinful past?
- Proverbs 28:13 states, "Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy." One of the best parts of church is that no one there is perfect. We welcome you just as you are and want to share God's rich mercy, grace and love with you!
